Starting out in systems development Andy quickly progressed through to
management level and has gained 20 years IT service delivery and
information technology consultancy experience. Before joining Halian in
2003, Andy had successfully delivered projects with many major brands
around the world including Jardine Mathieson, Whitbread, Safeway, and
Sony; generating millions of pounds of business benefits.
Andy has worked on a variety of key assignments at Halian as well as
supporting the development an internal IT managed service delivery
capability. He is a highly accomplished individual, a PRINCE2
practitioner, ITIL evangelist and works hard to deliver IT services
within the content of Six Sigma Continuous improvement programme.
The Consultant has experience delivering Technical Design Authority
experience in many areas including:
- Strategic IT alignment of data centres and IT service delivery centres
- Oracle e-Business solutions for Finance/HR and Retail
- Solutions for e-commerce, integration, demand and supply chain, information management
- Software architecture for J2EE / .Net / Web Services / legacy applications
- Technical architecture of UNIX hardware (Sun/IBM) / SAN storage
